Schedule: 10–12 shifts per month (60–120 hours); mix of day, swing, and night shifts transitioning to 12-hour coverage
Setting: High-volume Emergency Department
Patient Volume: Approximately 155 patients per day; APP throughput ~1.7 patients/hour
Required Skills: Emergency medicine experience including acute care, patient evaluation, and management in a fast-paced ED setting
Board Status: NP/PA certification required with emergency medicine experience
Licensure: Florida license required
Credentialing: Temporary privileges available for qualified candidates
Support: Strong physician coverage and team-based environment in a high-volume ED
