Work Dates Needed: Ongoing,
Preferred Schedule: Scheduled Clinical hours, days, nights, and weekends available.
Worksite Setting: Inpatient, approximately 33,000 annual ED visits.
Scope of Work: Emergency Medicine.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IN License, BC/BE in EM, MD or DO from an accredited medical school, IN State Controlled Substance, DEA w/ IN address & schedules 2,2N,3,3N,4.
MD/DO – Board Cert+N2ification Requirements-Board Eligible/Board Certified in Emergency Medicine through ABMS/AOA.
MD/DO – Merit Badge Requirements – BE in EM – ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS required.
BC in EM – must maintain ACLS, BLS, PALS and show proof of having ATLS at least once.
MD/DO – Immunization Requirements – Flu (within current flu season |TB (past 12 months) or Chest X-Ray with positive TB Vaccinations, COVID.
