- Average Time to Credential: 30 days Emergency Privileges available Clean Files only
- Types of Cases: General surgery, OB/GYN, GI, Ortho, and occasionally CathLlab. No hearts or neuro.
- Majority Case Type: Ortho and General
- # of Operating Rooms: 2 main operating rooms
- Shift Days: Weekdays Monday thru FridayÂ
- Shift Times: 7a-3pÂ
- Weekend Requirements: Yes; 4 week rotation
- On Call Requirements: Yes; 2 weeks no call, 3rd week float, take call
- Minimum Number of shifts per month: 10-20
- Submission Requirements: active AZ Medical License, Board Certified, ACLS, PALS
