CRNA (Locum Tenens)

Coverage Dates
Coverage is needed on multiple dates from August 2026 through early January 2027 (see order for full date list).
Position Overview
Provide CRNA coverage for a mix of OR and OB cases. Provider must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals.
Clinical Scope
Endoscopy
OB and GYN
ENT
General surgery
Orthopedics
Some pediatrics
Required Qualifications
Active Indiana license.
Indiana Patient Compensation Fund enrollment required.
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (American Heart Association required).
Case logs required within the past 2 years, including proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks.
Credentialing
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60 to 90 days (temps may be available with a clean file).
