Hospital based CRNA coverage
Independent practice model is referenced with MDs onsite
Mix of OR and OB cases
Call response time: 30 minutes

Clinical Scope
General
Endoscopy
Orthopedics and joint replacement
Urology
Ophthalmology
OB GYN
ENT
Radiology with anesthesia
Spinals, blocks, and epidurals required
Required Qualifications
CRNA certification
Active Indiana RN license
ACLS through AHA
PALS through AHA
Enrollment in the Indiana Patient Compensation Fund is required
Case logs required: 250 per year for each of the past 2 years, including proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks
Must be willing to take call
Credentialing
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 61 to 90 days
