Medicus has partnered with a hospital in eastern Idaho with an opportunity for a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to provide locum coverage.
Opportunity Details:
- Schedule: 24-hour call (7a-7a), specific dates
- Required Procedures: Open hearts, CABGs, and aortic dissections
- Must be competent to cover any adult cardiac, thoracic, or vascular surgical case
- Rounding required
- Support Staff: First-assist, two surgical techs, one RN circulator, anesthesiologist, ICU nursing, and step-down nursing
- EMR: Meditech
- Board certification required
- Paid travel & expenses
During your time off, walk along a scenic greenbelt, take a short drive to nearby dunes for off-roading, hiking, or sandboarding, and use the area as a gateway to famous national parks.
