Other Details: This opportunity is for a board-certified CT surgeon to provide adult/geriatric care in Idaho, with a 7am–7am schedule on specific dates (TBD). Required procedures include adult cardiac and general thoracic surgeries such as CABG, valve repair/replacement, aortic dissection, ECMO placement, and thoracotomies. The facility uses Epic EMR, has one dedicated CT OR, and four rotating PAs supporting the surgeon.
Credentialing requires standard documents including diplomas, licenses, DEA, BLS, CME, immunization records, and case logs. Candidates must have
completed ACGME/AOA residency and CT fellowship, hold an active ID license or IMLC with LOQ at submission, and possess ACLS, DEA, and a clean record.
