24-Hour & 12-Hour Shifts | Community Hospital Setting
365 Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN Hospitalist for a locum opportunity in Fresno, California. This assignment offers flexible 24-hour and 12-hour shift options within a 375-bed community hospital utilizing Epic EMR.
Coverage is needed for various dates in March and April.
Shift Options
• 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM (24-hour)
• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Community hospital setting (no trauma designation)
Practice Overview
• 375-bed hospital
• Approximately 20% GYN / 80% OB
• Epic documentation system
• Established OB Hospitalist model
• Supportive hospital-based environment
Clinical Scope
Obstetrics
• Low-risk and high-risk pregnancy management
• Fetal monitoring interpretation (NST, CST, FSE)
• OB ultrasounds (Level I and Level II performance and interpretation)
• Vaginal deliveries (routine and operative)
• C-sections
• Complicated deliveries (breech, multiples, abruptions, etc.)
Gynecology
• Surgical gynecology (open and operative cases)
• Ectopic pregnancy management
• Oophorectomy, cystectomy
• Extensive lysis of adhesions
Qualifications
• Board Certified in OB/GYN
• Active California License
• BLS Certification
• Clean background and malpractice history
• Current NPDB Self-Query (within month of presentation)
