- High volume: 37,900 screening mammograms, 10,000 diagnostic annually
- 100% outpatient breast imaging center
- Mammography, breast ultrasound, breast MRI required
- All biopsy types: ultrasound-guided, stereotactic, MRI-guided
- MQSA certification required or eligible
- Board certified radiology with breast subspecialty required
