- Located in Atlanta GA suburb
- Facility is open 7 days per week
- Shifts are 8a-8p
- 75% Adult, 25% Peds
- 40 patients per day
- LPN, CMA support
- Board certified or truly BE within 3 years of completing residency
- EMR EPIC
- Active GA license and Covid vaccination required
- Urgent Care (UC) needed
