- Work Dates Needed: 6/22-12/31/2026
- Preferred Schedule: ongoing Wednesday coverage from 8am to 5pm and any additional PRN coverage as needed.
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient – freestanding clinic
- Scope of Work: As a locum, you will be accountable for treating both scheduled and walk-in work related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted TX license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert required.
- EMR: Allscripts
