- Work Dates Needed: as soon as credentialed thru 3/31/2026
- Preferred Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient – freestanding clinic
- Scope of Work: Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted AK license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert.
