Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8a–4:30p; no call
Patient Volume: ~15 encounters per shift
EMR: Aria
Required Certifications: ACLS
Required Procedures/Skills: EBRT on linear accelerator including RapidArc/VMAT, electrons, tomotherapy, superficial/orthovoltage; IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, SRS; IORT, TBI, TSE; PET‑CT/MRI fusion; 3D‑CRT; MLC beam shaping
Board Requirements: Board Certified in Radiation Oncology
Licensure Requirements: Active Kentucky license required; IMLC not accepted
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
Additional Details: No treatment planning required; onsite only; single‑machine oncology clinic
