Home Health
In-home health and wellness assessments for health insurance plans. H&P evaluations. Will review medications/dosages, (will do physical, check blood pressure, finger stick, get urine sample, and will leave fecal kit for patient to mail in).
5 to 8 assessments per day (Assessments last approx.. 45-75 mins, last appointment scheduled @ 6 pm).
Ages seen: Geriatrics
EMR: Proprietary System. All documentation is done on the iPad.
Requirements: MUST HAVE CAQH, NPI #, NP license in state they are working, Unrestricted State license
