Setting: Outpatient clinic (paper charting)
Minimum coverage to be considered: 2 shifts
Position Overview
Provide primary care coverage for an adult, Medicare heavy patient population. Typical responsibilities include medication management, chronic condition management, diagnostic review, and routine sick and well visits.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage adult patients, including chronic disease management.
Review labs and diagnostics and provide follow up care.
Prescribe and manage medications as clinically appropriate.
Document care using paper charting.
Required Qualifications
Active Florida NP license.
Board certified.
Active DEA.
Practice Details
Patient volume: approximately 10 to 15 patients per day.
Support staff: medical assistant and front office support.
Travel and Lodging: No (local coverage only)
