Start date or shifts: ASAP – ongoing (5 shifts/week minimum)
Daily schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00a – 5:00p
Practice setting: Outpatient Clinic
Types of procedures: General outpatient care, examine, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
Number of patients: 20-25 per day
Ages: All ages
Requirements: BLS, ACLS, DEA, Board Certified or Board Eligible, no malpractice history
Additional information: Long-term contract with license portability. Prior IHS experience a plus. Must complete detailed credentialing including history verification, insurance documentation, and IHS Opioid Prescriber Training. Guaranteed 8-hour day.
