We have a need for outpatient Primary Care coverage across multiple clinics in Cleveland, OH beginning July 1st and going through the end of the year, no call or weekends. Open to more details?
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00a–5:00p; minimum 2 weeks per month; no call or weekends
Setting: Outpatient only, ambulatory primary care; float pool across multiple clinics
Patient Volume: 15–20 patients per day
EMR: Epic
Required Skills: Outpatient primary care for adult and geriatric populations; routine preventive care and chronic condition management
Board Status: Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
Licensure: Ohio license required
Support: Clinic-based role with APP support across multiple practice locations
