We have a need for Primary Care coverage in Dayton, OH starting August 2026 for a long-term VA outpatient assignment with a highly manageable patient load, any state license accepted. Open to more details?
Schedule: Full-time weekday coverage; no overtime; federal holidays observed (clinic closed)
Setting: 100% outpatient primary care clinic within a VA system (PACT model)
Patient Volume: 9–12 patients per day
EMR: VA EHR / Cerner Millennium
Required Skills: Outpatient primary care including preventive care, chronic disease management, and panel management
Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine)
Licensure: Any active unrestricted U.S. license accepted
Support: Structured VA clinic model with team-based care and manageable workload
