Job Description
St. Joseph’s Physicians Primary Care is looking for a primary care physician for Locum or Locum to Perm coverage ASAC!
• Practice Setting: Medical Group of the Hospital – location is a primary care clinic
• Reason for Coverage: We have a few retiring providers and have a gap between on boarding providers.
• Dates of Coverage: ASAP up to a year
• Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 8-430
• No call or weekends
• Average Number of Patients Per Day: 18-24
• Number of Physicians in Practice: 5-6 at this location.
• How Many Mid-Levels Provide Coverage: 1 now, a 2nd one in October will start
• Will the Locum Tenens Physician Respond to In-House Codes? Yes
• Number of Exam Rooms: 5 to 6
• Documentation System/EMR: Epic
• Practice Population: All ages
• Required Occupational Medicine Procedures: Employment Physicals, Disability Exams, Diagnosis & Mgmt. of Common Industrial-Related Medical Problems
