Will also accept an APP – NP/PA for this role.
• ASAP start – 6 months, estimated 20 shifts
• M-F, 8-5pm No Call
• Average Number of Patients Per Day: 18
• Outpatient care only: Adult, Geriatric and Pediatric
• Will Other Internal FP/PC Doctors Provide Coverage During Locums Coverage Dates? No
• Number of Exam Rooms: 3 per provider
• On-site Services – Lab and radiology
