Physician – Oncology for Boise, ID (Locum)

Job Description

Saint Alphonsus Cancer Care Center is looking for a provider to help with ongoing coverage for 1 weekend per month!

DETAILS:
• Hospital Oncology unit: Inpatient rounding, admitting, and consulting
• Shift hours: 8 am – 5 pm (no call)
• Support staff: outpatient Oncologists available for any support or questions.
• Will the Locum be Responsible for Supervising Other Health Care Providers? No
• EMR: EPIC
• Locum treating both Oncology and hematology patients and administering medication.
• 90 day credentialing timeframe

Submission Requirements
Board Certified Medical Oncology OR Medical Oncology/Hematology – Required
ID license in hand – Required
BLS, CSR, DEA – Required
Availability at time of name clear – Required
Clean background/malpractice – Required
Local, no flights – HIGHLY PREFERRED
**Must have COVID vaccine in order to work at this facility – Required **

Certification Requirements
• BLS
• Board Certified

State License Requirements
• Idaho
