30% Outpatient; 70% Inpatient
Average Number of Office/Clinic Patients Per Locum Per Day: 4-6
Average Number of Hospital-Based Patients Per Locum Per Day: 8-10 100% Adult
Trauma Level: 2

This is a unique opportunity to join an established hospital based practice
• Participation in clinic hours for outpatient visits (Mon-Fri/8: 30a-5p)
• Follow up with in-patients at Berkshire Medical Center, BHSs 302 bed community teaching hospital
• Collaboration with 4 Board Certified Fellowship Trained physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers

Submission Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 2 years) – Required at name clear
• Active MA license – Not required but preferred
• BLS & ACLS – Yes
• Availability at name clear – Required at name clear
• Clean malpractice/background for fast credentialing – Highly Preferred
