- Looking for Family, Internal or Geriatric Medicine Physicians who are board certified, or recent grads ready to sit for the boards
- M-F, 730am-500pm
- 18-21 senior patients per day
- Relocation and great benefits are offered
- Requires Board Certification, KY License, DEA and a clean history
