Pediatrician for Fergus Falls, MN (Locum)
Job Description
Wapiti Medical Staffing is seeking a pediatrician for a permanent position in Fergus Falls, located in western Minnesota.
POSITION/FACILITY DETAILS
- Locum tenens PRN position
- Pediatrician, clinic plus call/Inpatient admissions/rounding on Peds unit. Call includes newborn delivery and Csection standby
- Call 1: 4
- Trauma Level IV
- EMR is currently Allscripts (outpatient EMR) & Paragon (inpatient EMR); transitioning to EPIC in November of 2022
PEDIATRICIAN REQUIREMENTS
- Minnesota medical license (MD or DO) and DEA
- Certification by the American Board of Pediatricians strongly preferred; Board eligible required
- Residency or fellowship in pediatrics or pediatric sub-specialty
- ACLS (for moderate sedation required); BLS required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program, NRP Certification
