Other Details: The facility is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. The facility is seeking a provider with an active Pennsylvania license, board certified, and fellowship trained, available to start for the dates July 21–28 and August 28 at 6 PM through September 2 at 6 AM. Trauma experience is required and ECMO experience is a plus. This is an inpatient role at a Level 1 Trauma and Level 1 Pediatric Surgery facility. The schedule includes one 12-hour shift in clinic/hospital and weekend call from Saturday 7:00 AM to Sunday 7:00 AM, with a 15-minute response time required. Call is for unassigned patients only, with an average of 5 phone consults, 5 patients seen, and 2 admissions during call. When not on call, the provider averages 2 admissions per shift. The facility has 135 beds, is stroke certified, and requires rounding for unassigned patients.
