Other Details:
The facility is looking
for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. There are an
average of 15-20 patients per shift. The schedule is Monday through
Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, providing general Family Medicine services. One
day of orientation will be provided, which includes EPIC computer-based
training.
