Other Details: Coverage
is needed while the facility recruits for permanent Body Imaging
radiologists. This is a hospital-based position with coverage for three
locations. Remote candidates
with strong body imaging experience are welcome, though on-site presence
is preferred. The facility is a Level I Trauma Center, while two other
facilities are Level II. Call is negotiable. Daily case volumes vary by
rotation and may include approximately 30–35 CTs, 100 X-rays, or 60
ultrasounds. Required modalities include CT, ultrasound, and body MRI.
There are 40 FTE radiologists, with 9 reading CT and 4 reading body MR.
The role covers adult patients only—no pediatric reads are required.
Candidates must be board certified, have an active Illinois license, and
hold current BLS certification.
