facility in Arizona is seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist with an active
AZ license (IMLC accepted) for day shifts (7:00am–7:00pm) from June
23–26. The provider will work in a hospital and ambulatory surgery
center setting alongside CRNAs, with no medical direction required. The
department handles ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine,
neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endoscopy cases, with one OB provider
assigned daily (not a locum). The hospital has 11 ORs and 2 in the
ambulatory center, with an average census of 50–60 patients per day.
Cerner and SaAnesthesia are used for charting. Required certifications
include ACLS, PALS, and DEA; at least one year of experience is needed,
with trauma level I or II experience preferred. COVID-19 and flu
vaccinations are required, though exemptions are allowed.
