- June 4, 7:00 am – June 11, 7:00 pm
- June 15, 7:00 am – June 22, 7:00 am
- June 29, 7:00 am – July 9, 7:00 pm
- Clinic: 3-4 days/week; hours 7:30 am-4:30 pm (patients start at 8:00 am)
- Scope: OB and GYN with prenatal care
- Patient encounters: ~20 per shift
- Department beds: 16
- Certifications: BE, NV license, ABLS
- Credentialing: ~45 days
