Schedule: 24‑hour in‑house shifts (9a–9a); CNMs on 7a–7a except Sundays; ongoing need
Patient Volume: 2,475 annual births; 157 total monthly deliveries; ~23 monthly hospitalist deliveries; ~213 monthly hospitalist patient encounters
Required Procedures/Skills: GYN coverage; first assist required; hospitalists back up midwives
Board Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in OBGYN
Licensure Requirements: Active North Carolina license
Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days
Additional Details: Level III NICU; OBED; MFM onsite; in‑house anesthesia; first assist available
