Job Description
Saratoga Cardiology Associates is looking for a locum Non-Invasive Cardiologist to help cover ASAP until they find a perm!
• Schedule: 8am- 4/5pm, 40+ hour work week or 7 on 7 off
• Call Schedule: 5pm-8am weekdays, 8am Sat-8am-Mon
• Call Ratio: 1: 6
• Practice Setting: Inpatient- rounding at Saratoga Hospital; Outpatient- Saratoga Cardiology; Call commitment for practice and hospital
• Reason for Coverage: Retirement
• Number of patients per day: 8, 4-6 consults per day
• Number of beds: 220
• Number of ICU beds: 19
• Number of Cardiologists in Group: 6
• Supervision of AP’s required
• Patient Demographics: adult, geriatric
• EMR at the Hospital: Meditech
• EMR at the Practice: Epic
• Procedures listed in attached practice description
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 4 weeks
Submission Requirements
• Board Certified – Required
• NY license – Required unless interested in perm
• BLS & ACLS – Required
• Comfortable with procedures listed in practice description – Required
