We have a need for Neonatology coverage in Worcester, MA for ongoing coverage through the end of 2026. The client is seeking a board-certified Neonatologist comfortable with Level II/III NICU coverage, high-risk deliveries, and advanced neonatal procedures. Open to more details?

Schedule: Scheduled clinical coverage plus beeper call on select dates
Practice Setting: Neonatology / NICU
EMR: Cerner
Licensing: Active Massachusetts license required; Board Certified; PALS required
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
Required Skills: Level II/III NICU coverage, high-risk deliveries and C-sections, neonatal ventilation management, intubation, UVC/UAC placement, central and arterial lines, chest tubes, lumbar punctures, exchange transfusions, and neonatal resuscitation
Other Key Details: Coverage dates available throughout September-December, including several holiday blocks. Experience with advanced neonatal procedures and critical care management preferred.
