Opportunity Highlights
- Join a private practice with two OBGYNs and four advanced practice providers
- 1:4 call schedule ensures balanced work–life integration
- Practice volume: 40–60 deliveries per month (shared across providers)
- Strong hospital affiliation with:
- Level III NICU
- 24-hour OB anesthesia coverage
- Maternal–Fetal Medicine and GYN Oncology support
- Surgical capabilities include robotic surgery for gynecologic procedures
- EMR systems: Office Ally (clinic) and Chart Link (hospital)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $350,000 annually
- Bonus Plan: RVU-based incentive opportunity
- Signing Bonus: $25,000 at start
- Position Type: W-2 employment with full benefits
- Insurance Coverage: Comprehensive health insurance + malpractice provided
Ideal Candidate
- Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Strong interest in general OB/GYN, including surgical and obstetric care
- Comfortable working with advanced practice providers in a collaborative model
- Experience with Office Ally or Chart Link EMRs a plus (training available)
