- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Days, No call
- Will consider FM or IM for adults only
- 18 – 20 patients per day, must be able to see all ages
- General primary care functions, follow-up on chronic conditions, order appropriate prescriptions etc
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
