Locum Tenens – Urgent Care – Missouri
Job Description
Specialty: Urgent Care – Family Medicine or IM/Peds
Hospital Location: Urgent Care clinics between Joplin and Springfield, MO
Dates: April 1 – ongoing
Shift Times: 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday (12 hour shifts) and 9am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday (8 hour shifts)
Availability: Up to 14 shifts per month
Description: Provider must see patients 6 months and up for urgent care needs
Procedures: Suturing, wound care, I & Ds, splinting, X-Ray and ECG over read, place IVs.
Call Required: No
Patient Volume: 30-50 patients
EMR: Epic
Additional Info: Must be willing to work with medical assistants, scribes, rad techs as support staff (no RN/LPN support staff)
