Opening: Gastroenterology Physician
Assignment Dates: 2 wks per month starting 5/23, and also looking for permanent GI candidate.
Location: ½ hour from Poughkeepsie, NY
Length: Locum Tenens to Permanent Placement
Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday – Sunday: Closed
Call Schedule: No Hospital Call. 100% Outpatient.
Details: Solo practice run by a Board Certified Gastroenterologist that has run an established solo-practice in Kingston, NY, since 2014. Owner is seeking an additional Gastroenterologist to join the team. The practice sees patients as young as 14-years old. Office-based surgical unit performing EGD and colonoscopy, a physician-owned lab and pathologist, and NP for the best care of patients. On-site, private endoscopy suite accredited through The American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery. Endo suite is affiliated with very competent board-certified Anesthesia group. Cutting edge, advanced technology for office-based comprehensive rapid stool testing and COVID19 PCR testing. Credentials: Active New York medical license. DEA certificate. Board Certified or officially Board Eligible.
