Locum Tenens to Perm Ophthalmology Opening North of Lincoln Nebraska
Job Description
Medstaff is assisting with Locum Tenens to Permanent Ophthalmology coverage for a client located north of Lincoln, NE.
- Looking for a Board Certified Ophthalmologist or a new grad ready to sit for the boards
- Requires Nebraska license, DEA and US Citizenship or Green Card Holder
- Clinical hours are M-W & F, 8am-5pm, Th 8am-7pm and Sat 8am-12pm
- Clinic volume in hospital is 40-45 patients per day, in the satellite clinic is 30-35 patients per day
- Newly renovated surgery center with 3 operative bays, 2 post-op bays, large nurse station and breakroom
- 1 minor procedure room, houses Lens-x-laser and 1 OR that includes two separate beds for Ophthalmology
- Will work with one other Ophthalmologist and 5 Optometrists
- Ideal candidate is a progressive, general Ophthalmologist who has an interest in cataracts, glaucoma, and refractive and would be interested in a buy-in opportunity to the practice.
