- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- 24-hour shifts
- ATLS, ACLS and PALS required and must have a clean background
- Annual ED volume 10500
- Must submit proof of 2000 clinical ED hours in the past 2 yrs
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
