06212A – Locum Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA) or Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) – Women’s Health – Northwest WA
Location: Urban, Northwest WA
Job Type: 1099 Locum Tenens Position
Date Range: ASAP post-credentialing through December 31st, 2026
This position is posted as a Vendor Management System bid opportunity and is subject to standard vendor submission and evaluation processes.
Compensation:
- $112.00 hourly regular rate
- $168.00 hourly overtime rate
- $168.00 hourly holiday rate (limited holidays apply)
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (or 4/10s schedule if provider prefers)
- Night Call
Responsibilities:
- See all new OB patients for their 1st visit including a dating and viability ultrasound
- 16 and 28 week OB appointments and other visits as needed
- Birth control visits including IUD insertions/removals, Nexplanons (not required)
- Endometrial biopsies
- General Gynecological Complaints
- Annual Women’s Health Exams
- Mental Health Screenings
- Staffing Mix: 6 APPs, 9 RNs, 13 MAs, Administrative Staff
Requirements:
- Active Washington State Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA) license or Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
- Board Certified
- Must be trained and experienced in Women’s health, including all items listed above in “responsibilities”
- Active BLS, ACLS
- Active DEA registration
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
