Required procedures: Esophageal Dilatation, Small Bowel Biopsy, Lower GI Endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy
Colonoscopy, Insertion/Management of Sengstaken/Blakemore Tube and Upper GI Endoscopywith Biopsy
with Foreign Body Removal, with Fulguration of Bleeder (Cautery), with Banding of Varices, with ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography) Diagnostic Therapeutic
with PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy)
Requirements:
Board Certified/ Board Eligible
Active Illinois state license
Active DEA
ACLS
BLS
