- Work Dates Needed: asap – ongoing 6 months
- Preferred Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm -flexible with hours but needs 8 hours a day
- Worksite Setting: Behavioral Health Outpatient intake for detox intake or BH detox or residential program – In office only – no telemedicine.
- Scope of Work: We’re seeking an addiction provider who can see patients in a behavioral health setting, so either intake which is evaluating patients for clearance for medically assisted detox or in our residential programs. 45 – 60 min for detox or new patients & 30 min for existing patients. only 6 hours of patient face time per day.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:
Daily – 6 hours of clinical billed time, 2 hours of administrative time
Graduation from an accredited medical school.
Possession of a valid California license as a physician.
Possession of national Board Certification or Board Eligible in Addiction Medicine or equivalent experience
Possession of BCLS/CPR certification.
Possession of DEA Controlled Substances Registration Certificate.
