- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Weekends, Days
- 12 hour shifts on weekdays, 8 hour shifts on weekends
- 5 – 10 patients per day
- Outpatient urgent care with no required procedures
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
