Hospitalist NP for Centerville, Iowa (Locum)
Job Description
Wapiti Medical Staffing is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Hospitalist in Centerville, Iowa. Part-time and locum tenens shifts available.
POSITION/FACILITY DETAILS
- 12 hr shifts available (7a-7p) every other week; Thursday thru Sunday
- 6, 800k annual volume
- Average Census 6-7 patients/day
- Trauma level IV
- EMR is Cerner
NURSE PRACTITIONER REQUIREMENTS
- Iowa medical license
- Iowa DEA and CSA
- Life Certifications needed: BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Mandatory Reporter’s Training of child and dependent adult abuse required
- Immunizations required: Documentation or titers of MMR, Hep. B, Varicella, Tdap
- COVID 19 vaccine required
- Yearly influenza required
- PPD skin test or lab draw required within the past 12 months
