- Start: ASAP – ongoing
- Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
- Coverage need: Part-time, 2-3 shifts per month (Mon-Fri)
- Setting: Hospital-based Hem/Onc clinic within a 686-bed hospital; community-based practice connected to AHCI integrated cancer network
- Patient mix/volume: All ages; 11-16 patients/day
- Requirements: Active Minnesota license, Board-certified NP or PA (APP)
