Job Description

DATES NEEDED Family Medicine

  • Dates/Availability:  Starting November through April 2024.
  • Shift Details: M-F 8a-5p; No call.

POSITION DETAILS Family Medicine

  • Setting: Outpatient
  • Patient volume: 2 providers, 15-20 patients/day
  • Required Procedures: Bread and Butter family practice – Colds, Flu, minor injuries.
  • Client requirements: Active AZ license and AZ DEA.
  • Current: ACLS, BLS, and PALS

***Credentialing timeframe: 2-4 weeks. If you have all current immunizations, 2 weeks.)***
