- Willing to wait for license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Weekends, Call, Weekend call
- ACLS, BLS and PALS required
- General, vascular, neuro, ortho, ENT, GI, GYN, plastics, obstetrical
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
