- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Call, Weekend call
- ACLS, ATLS and BLS needed
- Level 3 trauma w/ 1 – 2 admissions per day
- Bread & butter GS, laparoscopic appendectomy and cholecystectomy, & upper & lower scopes preferred
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
