- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days, No call
- Could possibly consider 4 days per week
- Approximately 15 -18 patients per day, must be able to see all ages from peds to adult
- Strong PC skills
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
