Wapiti Medical Staffing is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) for Emergency Department coverage in Britt, located in northcentral Iowa near the Minnesota border.

NURSE PRACTITIONER RESPONSIBILITIES / FACILITY DETAILS
- Nurse Practitioner for PRN locum tenens ER coverage with some inpatient duties
- 12 to 48 hour shift options available; flexible scheduling
- Trauma Level IV
- Annual volume: ED 4, 000 (11/day) – IP average 6 a day (between 9p-7a)
- EMR: Cerner
- Typical timeline to credential is 1-2 months after all information is received from the candidate
NURSE PRACTITIONER (NP) REQUIREMENTS
- Iowa medical license and DEA/CSR
- Required life support certifications include ATLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Covid and flu vaccinations required
