Job Description
Wapiti Medical Staffing is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant for ER locum tenens coverage in Gettysburg, South Dakota.
POSITION/FACILITY DETAILS
- NP/PA needed for locum tenens coverage; PRN needs beginning in May and ongoing
- Shift options: Day shift ED coverage if from 0800 – 1700 and the night shift call coverage is 1700 – 0800
- Coverage includes ER/Hospital/Long Term Care Call
- Annual volume: 1-2 ED Daily, 1-2 IP Daily
- EMR: Meditech Expanse
- Typical timeline to credential is 30 days
NP/PA QUALIFICATIONS
- South Dakota license and DEA
- Board certification
- BLS, ACLS, ATLS life support certifications
- Covid/Flu Vaccination Requirements: Required, but exemptions available
- No new grads
